You can easily pay rent through our online resident portal, or you can bring in a paper check before the 5th of the month. We also offer the WIPS program that we provide at move-in with locations at which you can pay rent.
Subletting is prohibited. Any guests that are in the unit longer than 15 days will have to apply as a leaseholder and be added to the lease.
Security deposit is $500 up to 1 month’s rent. It is refunded by mailing a check to your new address when you move out.

Residents will be sent renewal options to select a lease term to renew for, and we will send you your lease to sign via e-signature. If you’d like to end your lease, we require 60-day written notice.
Gross income per apartment must be 2.5 the amount of the rent. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.
Residents can submit a work order through our online resident portal, call/email the leasing office, or stop by and put in a work order. The typical turnaround for a non-emergency is 24-48 hours. For an emergency, 1-2 hours. To reach the maintenance emergency line, please call the office at (702) 476-9062, wait until you hear the voicemail, and it will prompt you with instructions to contact the emergency maintenance line.
Resident safety is a priority at Fusion Las Vegas. Our community is gated and offers controlled access onto the premises.
Fusion Las Vegas may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our fitness center, pool, and pet park any time!

Residents may decorate their apartments. If you are hanging items, any items and the hole is bigger than a quarter will be charged upon move out. Any walls that are painted must be painted back to the original apartment color upon moving out, or resident will be charged.
