LOVE Fusion apartments! The area has gotten WAY better, it’s gated, we have security on property at night. I can say I feel safe and comfortable here. I don’t have any issues and if I have a question, the office is never standoffish they are always eager to actually help me. Thank you Destiny and Kayla you are great landlords keep up the good work around here I will be renewing my lease!

I’ve been living at Fusion for 3 years now. Their units caught my eye due to their unique & colorful interiors & including the fact that they have hard floors that are easy to clean. It’s just what I needed for me & my dog. They made recent renovations to the property & there’s security on site as well as gates all around it. I hardly ever hear any noise. The maintenance crew is so kind & accommodating & you absolutely have to meet the office manager Destani & leasing superstar Kayla!

I’ve been living here for over a year now. It’s the best apartments in this area. It’s clean, up to date, and management are prompt. I submit request and often times they are cared for same day. I’m extremely satisfied with my time here! :)

From the very first day I stepped foot on this property the customer service has been excellent! The day I moved it I had a few minor issues and within the hour maintenance took care of the minor issues I had. The complex is clean and quite the staff is professional and friendly. The amenity spaces are always clean (sn: I’m really excited about the upcoming upgrade to the laundry facility). I just wish they had more grills and that the pool was heated since it’s open all year round. With that be

Love Love Love! I’ve been living here for almost a month now and I love it! Shout out to Daisy for being so kind and helpful with my move! This was the easiest and fastest process that I have ever experienced and I truly appreciate it! The maintenance team great! Property is always clean and quiet! Honestly, thank you for everything!

I have been a resident since Oct 2022 and it is by far the the nicest place I have stayed. Management makes sure that you are up to date on any of your maintenance needs. Property doesn’t have any issues at all my neighbors are friendly and I have a nice view of the strip and even downtown Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have lived here now for almost a year and I can honestly say this is the premium apartment complex in this area. Impeccably maintained, very nice pool and workout room. Destani the landlord is always a pleasure to do business with. The complex routinely offers discounted rent move in deals. I've tried to get friends to move in here, I think it's a very reasonable deal...Maintenance is friendly, prompt and responsive. I've requested maintenance 3 or 4 times now, service with a smile every time!

I have now lived here 6 months and this is the quietest place I have ever lived. I also love the non smoking environment here, it's super refreshing. The exercise room and pools as well as the grounds are always super clean... I'm happy so far with my choice to be here.

I was drawn to Fusion by the reviews and gated community. Everything checks out! Moving in was really exciting for me. I love the lighting, adjustable shelves, storage options (a lot!) and extra table top. No other apartment I toured was this cool. Destani, Daisy and Will are quite wonderful people. Destani (property manager) considered my unique move-in request. Daisy and Will helped troubleshoot issues I had with moving in and setting up. Everywhere is cool and serene. It's just lovely.

Update, 4 year anniversary and this is still the best place to live in Vegas! Super convenient location and amazing staff make this a place you can't pass up! Lived here for over 3 years. Great community here. Staff is always very helpful and kind. Great place to live.
